DMXIS is out of dated and not supported anymore. But EMU replaced it. It works with Midi or with VST/AU plugins flawlessly.
And if you're having DMX USB PRO - you should be able to redeem a 3 month complimentary premium license for EMU. In your case Premium license is required to work with MIDI:

I previously used DMXIS together with Cubase. But I saw that DMXIS does not have an update or I did not find it on 64-bit. In Cubase, I could write a midi tab through which I controlled the lights. Do you know if there is an update for DMXIS? Or do you know if with DMX USB PRO I can control the lights through a MIDI tab?
