If you purchased an ELM license before October 2024 or you have received a free license voucher with the purchase of an eligible device, please note that your license will only work with ELM 2024.
If you are experiencing an error when trying to unlock ELM, it is likely due to this. Please uninstall ELM completely from your machine and install ELM 2024, which you can find here:
