This process requires a user to buy the license upgrade available from the website.
Upon successful purchase of the upgrade license, the customer will receive a notification email with instructions on how to generate and download the license file, The license will be readily available from the customer's ENTTEC account. This can be accessed here: https://www.enttec.com.au/my-account
An option "Upgrade your S-Play Nano" will be available, click this button and fil out the form that appears.
It will look like the below.
Note that the MAC Address should be exactly what your Nano has or you will be required to purchase another license.
Head on to "My licenses" and download the license file
Next, upload the downloaded license file via the Nano's firmware upgrade tab. When the upload is complete, the S-play Nano will reboot and load back into the firmware. Navigate back to the firmware upgrade page. Here, you will see the "Upgrade allowed" field has been added to the 'Current System Information'. Here you will see that it allows upgrade to S-PLay Mini
Now that the license file has been used to unlock the device, the S Play Nano will accept the upload of S-play mini firmware. This can be downloaded from the ENTTEC website - https://www.enttec.com.au/product/lighting-show-controller/s-play-mini-2-universe-smart-light-show-controller/
Use this to update your S-play Nano as normal. Upon successful update, the Web Interface of the unit will now have the features of the S Play Mini.
