what do you mean saying "fails"? Could you please show a small video of that?
I have a small shaw and it works good. I am having EMU 22.10.14.6 version and Monterey 12.6 MACOS.
Also you could share your show file so that I can try it at my end. Just curious to figure it out.

On occasion, I can select all my fixtures, click on macros and select a RGB colour and it works. However, following the same procedure 9 out 10 times it fails.
It matters not, whether the program has been created, copied or edited.
MacOs latest production build and beta produce same result.
