Hello, did you see EMU tutorial on YouTube?
It helped me a lot and my EMU communicates with Ableton on Windows 10. If you still have issues, you may want to share your Show/Video of what is going wrong as you think. Maybe we'll be able to help you out.

I can not get Ableton and Emu to communicate on Windows 10. Therefore I can not trigger my lights with my music. Also without the channel masking the pan and tilt are jerky as they are trying to go back to home at every program change. All this combined with not being able to make my own fixtures. it is not inspiring me to continue to pay a subscription to your product.
