Hey, unfortunately, the S-play currently cannot pass DMX through from a source unless it is recording with the live preview function enabled.
A common technique to simulate this depending on your system however is to use sACN with the sACN priorities set appropriately. so that the different sources take control of the Nodes.

Dug around a bit, cant find a clear answer. Is there a way to just let the DMX signal from an external console to pass through SPLAY when no cues/playlists are active on splay???
