Hi, I run Emu software on a Microsoft Surface Pro…during a show the software closes down and the lights stay on the setting they were at when it shuts down. The Surface pro is still running ok. There’s no ‘time out’ setting that I know of. If I double click the Emu icon the software boots up and the lights ‘catch up’ with the set…however this is happening a few times though.

I think this should be addressed to the support team. Prepare EMU log file (after the issue) for them and send it thru a ticket.
