EMU currently supports only 1 Universe
This is very unfortunate.
I was told to add more universes is in plan.
I see a post from over 2 years ago asking for the same thing, and the answer was essentially the same as yours. Maybe at some point eventually. If 2 years of development hasn't brought a feature that is standard in most software in the same price range as EMU, then I don't see that Enttec is making it a priority in any way, and may or may not ever happen.

We were busy with some new cool feature in EMU.
The multi-universe support feature is definitely in our scope.
