I have to unplug my USB cable then re connect to get EMU to recognize my USB Pro device...
Sometimes it recoginizes it, but still wont work, whenever i un plugg and replug it solves the issue.
Been meaning to mention it here!

And not to be captain obvious, but you've tried the "scan new devices" button top left?

I reached out to support, and it turns out that Open DMX USB (70303) doesn't support EMU. It's pretty odd, as the application comes with the device.
So now i'm at a loss, as i have no idea where to go from here.

I'm having problems getting EMU to recognize my device.
Device drivers are installed, and offline license applied.
