i need to control dimmer packs via usb. i have the dmx usb pro set up - done all the firmware etc, it is connected to a botex 4 channel dimmer which works with my desk (they're about 10 years old)
the usb pro is flashing that it is sending dmx
the dimmer is receiving dmx info
nothing i do allows me to dim any channels
i've tried various generic patches - all of which show the correct dmx addresses for the dimmer packs
i'm at a loss

"the dimmer is receiving dmx info" - how do you know it? If it is true, then the only answer is something wrong with your dimmer pack. BTW what the dimmer pack are you having?
