If you didn't have the issue on previous versions - that sounds like a bug. I would rather raise a ticket for the support.
As for the video - use https://www.freeconvert.com/video-compressor to compress it down to 20 mb, not more to attach it here.
Thank you for the response. I haven't had any issues with this until I did the latest update 24.11.5.3. I'd be happy to share videos of it happening, but 1 5 second video is apparently too large to attach in here lol.. If there is an email address I can send them, I can do that. Thanks!
Difficult to say as we don't see your setup. But basically there shouldn't be difficulties with it. It works pretty straightforward. I can suggest you share your EMU show file here and let me know what you need. I will try to make it for you.
Or you may submit a ticket and the support will help you for sure.

Currently running Logic Pro X and Enttec 512 pro and EMU software. This is controlling 4 light bars, and 6 static hex lights. For some reason, whenever I create a command to fade out, 2 of the light bars fade out perfectly, while the other two just go from 100 to 0 instantly. Any troubleshooting ideas to correct this? So far I have closed logic, EMU, and rebooted my MacBook, unplugged all of the lights, switched out DMX cables, and nothing has corrected it. Other than the fading out, they work perfectly. Thanks in advance!
