Hi I think the DMX channels are patch wrong, the movers are not working on the right faders that I'm putting up. You guys might have to rework this one please!

Hi Ethan,

What version are you using? I checked Chauvet website, there are US and EU version. They have different number of channels. EU version has 3,30,52 channel mode and US version has 3,29,51 channel mode

So I’m using the EU version with the 52 channel one and that seems to be not working. Thanks.

This has now been modified and update will be available on Monday (02.12.2024). Hope adding the additional channels will solve the problem

Okay thankyou, what did you have to do? Did you rematch the channels differently? And next Monday what is the best way to download the new patch?

You are welcome. I added 2 more channels as the old files have only 50 channels. The EMU library is updating every Monday so you should have the updates by then. We at Q2Q technologies are only responsible for curating the EMU library. The Library Update is on ENTTEC team.
