Hi!
Once you've used the loop back to get the device to go into the boot and perform the update, make sure you unplug them again as while connected Din Pixie will always load into the boot.
Hopefully it will load up as usual.
If it gets stuck on a blue status light, please reach out to support who will be able to help you further.

My pixie is stuck on boot/error (flashing red light). I have tried to install firmware with emu but the current firmware is still displayed as 0.0, even though the update seems to go through. The 0.0 and red light apparently indicates a recovery mode, where the pixie should still accept new firmware updates but it just won't work. I have tried with 2 different macs and a pc and none work. I have the data cable going from port1 to port2, as instructed by manufacturer.
Any ideas what to try in this situation or similar experiences? Thank you!
