I use Lightkey for church and we use dmx usb pro interface. However the light wasn’t working today. The DMX was showing a solid green light (which I don’t notice these small things I just assume a green light means it’s working) and apparently that means there’s an issue with the interface. I download the EMU to try to restore the DMX but DMX is not appearing in the OUTPUT tab. I rescan but it’s still not appearing. I tried everything:
-hard reboot for my Mac
-plugging and unplugging the hdmi to different ports
-closing Lightkey app and only running EMU
-making sure dmx usb pro is recognized in Mac by going to system report
-using a DIFFERENT MAC and DIFFERENT ADAPTER
DMX USB PRO is still not appearing as a device in EMU.
What are my options before I just buy a new one?

You need restore your device:
Based on the manual page 6 Firmware Update section - try restore it. If it won't help - raise a ticket to the support, they should be able to assist you.
