It seems that Starville has changed DMX setup for the SonicPulse MH Wash 1208 since you build the fixture.
The current model has a 10 and and 19 channel mode - no 20 channel mode for the current versions (the fixture in the library has 10/20 channel modes).
Can you please update the fixture with the 19 channel mode?

Updated fixture information for the Stairville SonicPulse MH Wash 1208 has now been added in the Crescit library, meaning the update will be available as of next Monday (08.09.25).
