Hi Alexis,
Please ensure that if you are using an Art-Net trigger to record and sending the device Art-Net for recording that your trigger channel isn't included in your recording values, as there is a chance that your show data could be dropping below the trigger vaue and stopping the recording.

Hello,
We're having a problem with S Play. We want to record using ArtNet or other triggers, but it's impossible. The Rec button lasts 2 seconds and then cuts out. We also no longer have the Perfect Loop button.
