I’ve configured my lighting setup to flash all fixtures in yellow, synchronized with a specific song. The lighting bank contains approximately eight presets, with the yellow flash being one of them. However, when I trigger playback of the associated MIDI file, the fixtures that should display yellow revert to various other colors, and in some instances, all fader values reset to zero. After reprogramming and verifying that the lighting parameters are correct, the same issue occurs again as soon as the MIDI file is played.

i hope this is the fix for the issue, it has happened a few times and when i think about it it is always the presets that i use for flashing in time with the music that seem to reset

For some reason the main screen has all the fixture faders placed randomly in the screen instead of starting from the lowest DMX to the highest?

Looks ooooodd... For testing purposes updated too :) Mine still looks the same as I left it in the previous version which number I don't remember though.

You'd better address this to the support. But at least it works good with your yellow lights haha :)

Tried to do a ticket but the new system doesn’t allow photos over 300kb and even without photos it won’t allow me to post…

Managed to get a ticket in, it seems to be working ok just got the mix up of the DMX channels in the main screen, I have updated my ‘live’ computer also and that has the main screen mix up now also….
