Urgent question of Turn Off Strobe Channel for Big Dipper LM1915R

As the title suggests, I frequently encounter issues with strobe-enabled lights in fixtures. It seems that once you adjust the strobe value, there's no way to turn it off. I've tried setting the dimmer to zero and then the strobe to zero, but when I turn the dimmer back on, it still flashes at the lowest frequency. I've attempted resetting or adjusting the mode, but neither seems to work. I'm new to this—can someone tell me what to do in EMU/TD? I would be very grateful to anyone who could help.

Use some 3rd party application to see the dmx signal you're outputting. For Mac I know ArtNetView, for Windows ArtNetominator. Both are free.

So, first try with such an app without the fixture being connected. If you see that all the output is correct - then it must be something wrong with the fixture (most likely wrong channel mode is chosen). If the output shows wrong - then the reason is in the software you use.
