Emu not responding : Technical Support

I’m at a gig - latest software but nothing… Midi connected everything that requires MIDi is working except Emu - no response at all… iv tried everything but nothing at all…the MIDI is connected but EMU not responsive.

What a nightmare, I had all my MIDI system stripped out during the break lastnight, then in a last desperate throw I uninstalled Emu and reinstalled an old version and it worked fine. Come on Enttec this should not happen.

Kind of crazy that we are 3 months out from a stable and working version.

Yep, that was my issue too. I found that last 2 version had issues for me when 25.10.14.5 is ok. So staying on it till Enttec fix the issues.

found the problem- it’s the latest version of EMU doesn’t work, I uninstalled and put an older version on and it all worked fine, reinstalled latest version again and it doesn’t work.

I never submitted much tickets. Maybe only in the beginning a few years ago. Since that I got used to stick to working good to me versions. It is still 25.10.14.5. Tried a new one 26.1.23.3 - crashes... Do they ignore your tickets, Andy?
