SPLAY Network stops working upon RESET in Settings

Firmware 2.2.2 


It appears that when you press the update button for Network settings on Settings tab in the web interface for the Splays, The splay will reset the Network card and will NOT turn it back on. I see no activity from my managed switch at the port the splay is plugged into.  The only way to get the SPLAY back on the network, is to physically unplug/reboot the device.


It seems that the boot process is hanging or otherwise inoperable during a software reset.  


Can this be fixed , or at least can you duplicate this issue on your side?


In the SPLAY panel, go to settings... Network....switch DHCO or static and press Update....


On my side, the message says it is rebooting and will come back, but it never comes back, says it has a dummy address on the console panel on the SPLAY, and Cable disconnected.... never returns unless you physically unplug ... wait over 10 seconds.... and reboot/replug.
