Hello, we have multiple RDS4 units that we've tested. Unit powers on, we hook up a single analog DMX input to the device and the white light continues to just flash. It never goes green stating that it sees DMX signal. We've tried it with output connections disconnected, connected. Verified multiple times that DMX signal is being input to the devices. We've bypassed the unit and gone directly to a DMX fixture and verified DMX signal is passing.
