A Customer once asked for support regarding ELM Scheduling. According to him he cannot set correctly the schedule when to light his fixtures and when to turn it off automatically. So here is an article that might help to guide us how to do the correct parameters for setting up the ELM Scheduler.
In an example here we will start the lights at 7PM everyday that will works for 7 straight hours.
1. Setting up the PRESETS
In your ELM, go to SETTINGS>SCHEDULER tab.
Next, on the Presets drop down menu, choose your correct location. It will automatically sets the correct timezone, and coordinates based on the location presets that you've selected.
If your location is not available in the drop-down menu, you can search online your location's latitude and longitude and manually input it on the Your Position field.

2. Create/Edit a Sequence
In your ELM, go and click for SEQUENCE and create your desired steps with its corresponding effects. If you already had a Sequence ready, just click EDIT SEQUENCES.

Click for SCHEDULE tab
Input the Start Time (In 24Hr format), Minutes, and Seconds.
In the sample, we've put Start Time 19 for 7:00 PM.
Choose relative to MIDNIGHT
Input the Duration timings in Hour/Minutes/Seconds. Otherwise, check the Auto box.
Put the Start/end date, choose the desired parameter settings if ONE DAY, ALL YEAR, EVERYDAY, WEEKEND OR WORKWEEK.
You can also enable/disable the day which you want to activate or deactivate in the schedule by checking or unchecking the corresponding boxes.
Activate the Schedule settings
Once the Date and Timings are met in the parameters, the light fixtures will automatically lights on.
