Is there a reason you're using midi channels and not an FX channel with the plug-in? That's how I trigger EMU in Cubase and it works just fine. If you are triggering other things in midi at the same time, I would still separate them. it's a a little extra work, but will get you the results you're desiring.

I created 2 midi channels in cubase channel 16 banks, 15 programs. Using looperb I can get a signal into EMU but the banks and programs are not changing. Any Ideas?
