The Pixelator contains a high-powered processor and a separate output card to drive all 24 of its ports. The Pixelator Mini is based on a single board with a single processor giving more instantaneous conversion.
Consequently, the output timing isn’t identical between the Pixelator and Pixelator Mini/DIN Pixelator Mini.
To ensure perfect sync between different Pixelators, ENTTEC only recommends using the same type of Pixelator devices on an installation.
If your installation contains different areas that do not require perfect sync between the outputs of your Pixelator devices, these can be mixed.
