If the device is in error mode (static Red LED), this could have been caused by a driver or a firmware issue, which will require a re-flash to resolve.


Please follow the steps below, unplugging and plugging the device back into your computer after every step and wait 10 seconds. If the device is still in error mode, move on to the next step:

  1. Please try unplugging and plugging the device back into the computer.
  2. Download our latest EMU software to see if the device is recognised here. - Does it appear in error mode? Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking on the gear icon at the top right. View the Output tab and click on the DMX USB PRO Mk2’s Device Settings gear icon. Here you will be able to flash the firmware onto the device.
  3. Download our now discontinued Pro-Manager software (available for Windows Below to use the error mode restore function (based on an alternative process). Follow the instructions on the screen to attempt to reflash the firmware.
  4. If the steps above do not work, get in touch with your ENTTEC reseller or direct sales contact mentioning what you have seen.
