If your fixture isn't in EMU's library yet, you can request it and we'll add it for you. Here's how:
1. Email us
Send an email to support@enttec.com with the subject line:
Fixture Request – [Manufacturer] [Model Name]
Example: Fixture Request – Chauvet DJ Intimidator Spot 360
2. Include the fixture details
In the body of your email, include:
- Manufacturer name
- Full model name/number
- Any specific DMX modes you need (e.g. "16-channel mode")
3. Attach the datasheet or user manual
This is the most important part — without it we can't build an accurate fixture profile. You can usually find it on the manufacturer's website by searching [model name] user manual PDF.
