The demo version is (available on our website - link below) and works perfectly as an offline editor. The only limitations are that no DMX data is transmitted (via USB or Art-Net), and you cannot export show data to a PRO Mk2.
However - so long as you are the sole user of the D-Pro license, you can install and activate your license on both laptop and desktop computers. (A second 2U license would only be required if both computers are used simultaneously).
