When controlling the CVC4 from a DMX input, the DMX source must be sending an entire universe of DMX (512 channels worth of information).
Some controllers that don’t comply with the DMX standard may only output a limited number of channel data within a DMX frame.
Like many other devices, the CVC4 will ignore incomplete DMX frames and not respond tothese controllers.
