If your ENTTEC device’s web interface not loading/is slow to load we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Try a different browser and disable web browser extensions.
  2. Clear your web cache by holding Ctrl+Shift+R.
  3. Check that there isn't a network configuration or hardware problem. A faulty cable, network switch, or misconfigured managed switch could be the issue.
  4. If this is an issue occurring on a specific page after carrying out an update, save all modifiable values on the page then power cycle your device.
  5. If the above does not work, please take a backup then try performing a factory reset.

You might find a situation where the web UI is loading, but fields are not completely populated, and settings can't be updated :

While this kind of display issue is usually indicative that there is a cache issue, occasionally this can happen when devices are connected on a protected network where the firewall/antivirus is blocking certain traffic. In these cases it is recommended to check with your network administrator and ensure the firewall/antivirus is not blocking any relevant ports.

A list of web sockets used by ENTTEC equipment is as follows:

Port NumberPurpose
80HTTP
8080Web server
6454Art-net
3333ESP
5568sACN
6038KiNet
