ELM 2025 is only available as a fully paid version
If you purchased ELM2024 (not free voucher) after November 2024 you will automatically get a license for ELM 2025. You may need to redownload your license XML file
If you have a ELM2024 license and try to upgrade to 2025 you will receive a license error.
