It is possible to use an amazon server to control Multiple S-Play. You should be able to use just about any other port from 1000 to 65000, except for 55555 as it is used internally by the S-play to run the web page. You could have the first S-play on 8080 and the second on 8081 and so on, just ensure you configure the AWS to be listening on these ports as well.
